The Cammi Returns

I'm finally back. Miss me? I wouldn't have thought so, but the stats say otherwise. I don't know how the hits have stayed so gosh darn high even without updates, but I'm not complaining. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Y'all rock.

Erm... what else is new? Quasi-political comic today. I'm sure most have you have heard about the recent madness over a freakin' Dutch cartoon. Now, I'll keep my opinions to myself (thought I did a pretty good job of pissing off everyone in the comic), but want to know what bothers me the most? You just know that this whole thing will spark a new "let's not offend anyone" wave of PC censorship. Whoop-de-doo. Being on the web gives us webcomic folk a degree of freedom from that, but I pity any syndicated print cartoonists. Maybe I'm being pessimistic. Maybe no one will get their feathers ruffled, and this'll all blow over without any significant effect on anyone.

BWA-ha-ha-ha! And maybe I'll start collecting Britney Spears cds 'cuz she'sjust such a fantastic artist! That'll be the day.

Ok, I promised myself long ago to keep my non-AoU opinions to myself, so I'll shut up now. I was going to mention something about AoU invading Frappr, but as I'm not quite done setting up the group, I'll not say any more.
