D'oh!
Edit: I apologize for the comic not being up on time today. Apparently Comic Genesis's servers exploded again, or something of the sort. The updates are still lined up, and we're somwhere in the middle of the 4500 comics in the same boat. Don't blame me! I had it uploaded 2 hours ahead of schedule last night! Ok, go on with the regular rant now.
Well, I learned a valuable lesson today: Don't switch to cheap pens for inking. The ink color looked good in the store, and it passed the quick scribble test, but the lines came out kind of funky when I did the comic. Lacking time and energy to redo it, I put it up as is. Although I'm not overly happy with it (yes, I'm fussy. I've finally found a style I like for this thing, and I hate to screw it up with a bad pen). Guess it's back to the pens that cost 3 or four times as much. Or keep experimenting.
For those of you who want to know these weird details (I'm surprised how many there are), that page full o' stickmen and coffee stains is actually from my sociology notes a year or two back. I found it the other day in a pile of old binders. I might even put a larger version in the Vault, just for interest's sake.
Just one last thing, then I'm done. AoU apparently passed 20,000 hits in the last week... we're closer to 22,000 right about now. If you recall, we were at 15,000 this time last month. Wow. I really thought readership would start declining the longer I went on, not grow! I love you all so much. *sniff*
Er, I lied. This is actually the last thing. I plan on starting another storyline within the next two weeks, depending on how quickly I get the whole thing worked out. And now I'm off for the night. Really.
